At Krause and Glassmith, we do not charge anything for a consultation. You can call us on the phone or you can come in to see us. We will listen to your story, we will hear what you have to say, and we will determine whether or not we’re interested in your case. That will cost no money. If we’re interested in your case, then we charge what’s called a contingency fee. We will take one-third of what we collect. If we collect nothing, you owe us nothing. There are also expenses for the case. We will pay these expenses out of our pocket, which are reimbursed when the case is determined and decided. There are not out-of-pocket expenses for you if you retain us for your personal injury case.
