Question:
Will my case go to trial?
Answer:
Each case is distinct and separate. Most cases do not go to trial. Most insurance carriers like to settle the cases before trial, but they’ll settle it at different stages before a trial. Sometimes it’ll be in the courthouse, sometimes it’ll be long before the courthouse. Each case is different. There’s no way of knowing if your case is going to be the one to go to trial. If we have to try your cases, we will. We push your case as hard as we have to, to get you the most money that you deserve. If we can get money without trial, we’ll do that. If we have to go to trial, we’ll do that too. It’s very difficult to give you an answer at any stage of the case until it comes to the end.
